To keep your travel changing pad dry and stain-free from outside as well, unlike others, we used Waterproof Oxford fabric for outside. For easy cleaning, inside changing mat and two zippered pockets are lined with Waterproof PEVA. This pad can be easily attached to strollers, headrests, bags, wrists and can also be carried like a purse; thanks to top handle, side buckle loop, and shoulder strap.
