Shipping & Delivery

openXpromo supplies custom, made-to-order promotional products for business buyers. Because every order is custom-decorated and quantities vary, shipping is quoted per order rather than charged at a flat rate — your shipping method and cost are confirmed in your written quote. Please plan for both production time and transit time.

PRODUCTION TIME
Most custom orders are produced in 7–14 business days after artwork approval; complex decoration (embroidery, full-color, Pantone matching) may add a few days. A typical decorated order runs about 3–4 weeks from order to in-hand: quote → artwork proof → your approval → production → shipping.

SHIPPING & COST
Shipping cost and method are confirmed in your written quote, based on your items, quantity, destination, and in-hand date. We ship within the United States via major carriers (UPS and FedEx), ground and expedited. Transit time is in addition to production time.

RUSH ORDERS
Rush production is available on many items. Tell us your in-hand date and we will confirm what is possible.

BLIND SHIPPING
Blind shipping is available on request — your branding on the packing slip, not ours.

TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

DAMAGES OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order on delivery and report any damage, shortage, or discrepancy within 5 business days so we can make it right.
