Our resistance bands have 5 different resistance levels: Yellow (10 lbs), Green (20 lbs), Red (30 lbs), Blue (40 lbs), Black(50 lbs). All resistance exercise bands are about 45" in length, it can be used alone or stacked in any combination to a maximum equivalent of 150 lbs. You can get training with different strengths according your need.
